At Three Brother Academy, hockey isn’t just a game — it’s a pathway to leadership, growth, and lifelong discipline. Our program combines daily ice time, structured coaching, and a fun, team-based culture that builds confident, capable athletes both on and off the ice.
Students are coached by a dedicated coaching team that brings a range of experience and perspectives to each athlete’s development. Training focuses on skill progression, confidence building, and creating a positive environment where players can grow at their own pace.
Players benefit from a well-rounded development approach that includes power skating, skill development, video analysis, and on-ice game awareness. Our goal is to help each child build strong fundamentals while developing a love for the game

Hockey Program Highlights
Progressive Skill Building
Players are developed over the course of the year in all fundamental areas of the game.
Position-Specific Training
Small group instruction tailored to each player’s role (forwards, defense, goalies).
Individualized Development Plans
Every player completes an initial assessment to tailor their training and maximize in-season progress.
Video Analysis & Game IQ
Coaches review footage of each player and run regular video sessions to enhance hockey IQ, strategy, and in-game decision making.
Expert Guest Coaches
Throughout the year, specialized coaches are brought in through our network to focus on skating, shooting, mental performance, and more.
Bi-Monthly Testing & Metrics
Standardized testing every two months to track real performance improvements.
Collaborative Coaching
Our team maintains open communication with each player’s in-season coaching staff (where applicable) to align on targeted areas for growth.
