Our Team
Stephanie Cini
As someone who attended private school herself, Stephanie deeply understands the value of personalized, alternative education. Her experience shaped her belief that learning should be engaging, community-rooted, and designed to meet the individual needs of each student. That belief is at the heart of her work at Three Brother Academy.
Stephanie holds a degree in Sociology, equipping her with a strong foundation in social systems, childhood development, and the importance of inclusive, values-based education. She brings over a decade of leadership experience in operations, education programming, and team management. Her career has spanned consulting, curriculum design, and project oversight — with a focus on creating impactful programs that prioritize both structure and flexibility.
At Three Brother Academy, Stephanie combines her passion for meaningful education with her expertise in management to lead a program that supports not just academic achievement, but the overall growth and well-being of every child. Her warm, organized, and hands-on approach ensures that families feel confident and supported — from enrollment through graduation.
Coach Grayson
Grayson brings over a decade of elite competitive and coaching experience to Three Brothers Academy. A former competitive ice dancer for 10 years, Grayson achieved national and international success, including being named the 2016 Novice National Champion and representing Junior Team Canada. His competitive career took him across the globe, competing in Japan, Poland, Lithuania, Russia, and the United States.
Since 2016, Grayson has dedicated his career to coaching, combining high-performance training with a strong emphasis on athlete development. He has spent five years coaching power skating at the AAA level and is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for the sport. Teaching and coaching are at the core of who Grayson is, and he brings that passion to every athlete he works with.
Heather Card
Heather is Three Brother Academy’s Head Teacher, bringing experience teaching students from Kindergarten through Grade 8 in both public and private school settings. She is passionate about creating engaging, supportive learning environments where students can grow academically, socially and creatively.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Contemporary Studies with a minor in Mathematics from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University. Her background also includes leadership in child and youth recreation, beginning with the YMCA Outdoor Adventure Program and advancing to the role of Child and Youth Recreation Manager.
With an Associate’s Degree in Ballet, Tap and Jazz from the British Association of Teachers of Dancing, Heather has enriched student learning through drama, theatre and the arts. She has directed and choreographed for the Canadian Children’s Theatre Company and founded Shining Stars Performing Arts, a children’s dance and theatre company in Toronto.
At Three Brother Academy, Heather is excited to bring her experience, creativity and student-centred approach to helping every learner grow in confidence, curiosity and character.
Olivia Butler
Olivia Butler is Three Brother Academy’s Primary Teacher and Outdoor Education Lead. With more than a decade of experience working with children and families, she brings a love of nature, play and hands-on learning to our school community.
As the founder and former Director of Wild Heart Forest, Farm and Nature School, Olivia designed and led year-round outdoor programming for children from infancy through age 12. She is passionate about helping children build confidence, curiosity, resilience and a meaningful connection to the natural world.
Olivia’s experience includes classroom teaching, curriculum development, family engagement and program leadership. At Three Brother Academy, she is excited to create welcoming, relationship-centred learning experiences where children feel known, capable and encouraged to explore, create and discover.
Karen Trick
Karen Trick is Three Brother Academy’s 4-H Programming Lead. With more than 20 years of experience working with children and youth, she brings a love of agriculture, music, science and hands-on learning to our school community.
A longtime 4-H leader, Karen is passionate about helping students build confidence, responsibility, teamwork and leadership skills while developing a meaningful connection to agriculture and their community. She also has extensive experience delivering interactive Mad Science programs, teaching piano and creating engaging learning experiences through the arts.
Karen is actively involved with the Woodstock Agricultural Society and Woodstock Fair, where she contributes to youth activities, educational programming and community events. At Three Brother Academy, she is excited to help students explore, create and discover their own potential.
Liz Miller
Liz brings seven years of experience teaching in private education. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2014, where she studied Contemporary Studies and Children’s Education and Development.
She believes the classroom should feel like a second home—a place where students feel safe, supported and comfortable being themselves. Liz is passionate about creating a learning environment where students are excited to come to school, confident trying new things and comfortable making mistakes along the way.
At Three Brother Academy, Liz is excited to help students grow academically and personally while ensuring they have plenty of fun throughout their learning journey.
